CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments are guaranteed however if unable to keep an appointment kindly give 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge no shows and late cancellations a $20 cancellation fee that will be added to your next appointment. New clients please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. To ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or take a shorter appointment, while still being charged for full price of original service. Lockers and showers are available for clients only.
